PLACING AN ORDER & PAYMENT
You can place an order at our webshop by choosing the product and colour, size and material. You can add several products to your basket and adjust the quantity before proceeding to payment. Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will display this information on the website and you will not be able to order the product. To fulfill your order you will be asked to enter your personal data (i.e. address and telephone number) and payment information. There is no need to set up an account.
After you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within the business day. We are based in Denmark (GMT+1 time zone) and operate Mon-Fri except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you by email and if applicable offer to cancel the order. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email.

Other Countries: We currently don't ship outside EU
All shipments are sent by PostNord or GLS. Should you not be at home, you can pick it up at a pack shop.
The estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the country.
We accept Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Direct and MobilePay. The payment is charged when your order is packed and ready to be dispatched.
