Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns until 14 days from the date of receipt.

CHRISTMAS PRESENTS CAN BE RETURNED UNTIL THE END OF JANUARY.

Items must be returned new and unused. The return amount can only be transferred to the account from which the item has been purchased.

Returns must be handled at your own expense. Please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash or collect on delivery.

Return/exchange in our studio shop

If you wish to return your purchase, it is possible to do so in our STUDIO SHOP at Vodroffsvej 2B, 1900 Frederiksberg C.

Please note that the return amount will be transferred to your account within 2-3 days, and cannot be transferred in the shop.

If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style, please do so by placing a new order on our webshop after having returned the item.
